Replacement for factory frame weld-in threaded inserts. Threaded for 1/2" x 13 SAE bolts (bolts not included). The large flange diameter is 1 1/4" OD. Installation instructions: Grind old insert flush and drill to 3/4" using a step bit. New insert must be welded in place.
